Return/Exchange Policy

We are happy to make exchanges/refunds on any new unaltered merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges/refunds must include copy of original invoice or receipt and any labels included in original packaging.

We cannot credit any merchandise that has been altered, or worn. Underwear and socks that have been opened cannot be returned for credit.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Clotheshorse Menswear, we do not credit shipping charges unless we were in error or merchandise is deemed to be defective from the manufacturer.
